The employer that creates the vacancy and invites the candidate (the Customer) acts as an independent data controller for its candidates' data. The platform processes this data on the Customer's instructions to the extent needed to conduct interviews and prepare reports.

• Customers (company employees): first name, last name, email address, company name, profile photo, password hash and technical login logs.
• Candidates: first name, last name, email address, phone number (if provided), photo, audio recordings and transcripts of answers, scores and comments on answers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and session cookie.

• Conducting voice interviews and preparing reports for employers.
• Verifying email addresses and preventing duplicate or unauthorised applications.
• Providing dashboard access, user support and invoicing.
• Maintaining service security and investigating incidents.

Data is not used for advertising or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Consent of the data subject, confirmed by the candidate before starting the interview (Article 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ).
• Performance of the contract with the Customer (Article 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ).
• Processing on the instructions of the Customer as data controller (Article 6(3) of Law No. 152-FZ).

Before the interview, the candidate uploads a photo; their voice is recorded during the interview. This data is used solely to help the employer understand who took the interview and assess the content of the answers.

The Operator does not use images or voice to establish identity or process them as biometric personal data under Article 11 of Law No. 152-FZ: no database matching, identification or facial recognition is performed.

Candidates' answers are transcribed and evaluated using language models. Scores are advisory: a person on the employer's side makes the final decision about the candidate.

Candidates may disagree with an automated evaluation and request human review by contacting info@raketaai.com or the employer directly.

For speech recognition and evaluation, answer text and audio are sent to the language model provider OpenAI (USA). Only substantive answer data is sent; the provider does not use it to train models under its API terms.

To accept payment, the payment identifier, amount and payer's email address are sent to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which provides online acquiring. Card numbers, expiry dates and CVC2/CVV2 codes are entered on Stripe's page and are not received or stored by us.

Emails are sent through your communications provider's email service. The platform is hosted on servers in the Russian Federation. Data is not disclosed to other parties except where expressly required by law.

Candidate data is stored while the employer's account remains active and the vacancy has not been deleted, but no longer than necessary for the processing purposes. Data is deleted within 10 business days at the request of the data subject or employer.

• Obtain information about the processing of their data.
• Request correction, blocking or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated or obtained unlawfully.
• Withdraw consent to processing.
• Challenge the Operator's actions before Roskomnadzor or a court.

• Candidate data is accessible only to employees of the customer company that owns the vacancy.
• Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; sessions are protected by HttpOnly cookies.
• Connections to the platform are encrypted using HTTPS.
• Technical photo metadata, including geolocation, is removed on upload.

One functional cookie is used to store the signed-in user's session. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are set.

The current version is always available at /privacy. Users are notified of material changes at the email address registered in their account.
